CODE INSPECT
section:
1 2 3 4 5 6 = related to only one code that is responsible for.... the encounters
7 40 = road texture related. When changed it changes color, appearance, probably CLUT ids for roads
8 = is used when entering field. Contains field-like positions. Code also uses VehicleType and Vehicle code. I think it's keypoints for vehicle if entering field with vehicle. Like keypoints for car when driving inside Balamb. The section size is NOT constant, so yeah... that's probably this.
9 = related to field>worldmap warping
10 = fired after walking out of field to worldmap. Pushes offsets to sub that uses Worldmap_Vehicle function; structure is field-like locations. I don't understand
11 = Uses the same function as 10; this time the file has world_map location structure, so it's probably worldmap locations for vehicles related
